Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice on improving a Q&A board where users can leave a message and get quick responses.



I want to make the board simple, clear, and easy to use so people feel comfortable asking questions and sharing answers. Right now, the layout feels basic, and I think it could be better organized. I’m considering working with a digital solutions agency to improve the design, structure, and overall user experience. Do you think that’s a good idea, or should I try smaller changes first?
